Skincare

The sweetness in seeing a flower blooming the glow the scent and the vitality is a true sign of health and well being of that flower. This is my analogy to good skin care. The skin is the largest organ on the body which protect the body from microbes and elements, regulate body temperature and permit sensation of touch. The skin has to be nourished and cared for through healthy life style choices. When the skin is cared for the skin blossom and glow it delay aging and prevent skin problems.

Skin care tips

Eat a healthy diet. Eat plenty fruit and vegetables diet rich in fish or fish oil supplements. Drinking plenty of water to stay hydrated.

Protect the skin from the sun cover up are seek the shade. Use broad_spectrum sun screener at least 15spf

Treat your skin gentle. Daily cleaning and shaving should be done with gentle soaps and soft shaving gel. Limit time in hot water. Use warm water when cleaning the skin. Moisturize your skin daily. Use moisturizer that fit your skin type.

Avoid smoking. Smoking make the skin look older and contribute to wrinkles.

Manage stress. Stress contributes to acne breakouts. A healthy state of mind encourage healthy skin. Get enough sleep make time to doing things you enjoy.

Two Trending diets

 

Ketogenic diet is a high fat adequate protein diet along with low carbohydrate.  The eating style on this diet forces the body to burn fats instead of carbohydrates.  Normally carbohydrates are converted into glucose and transported through out the body fueling the body with energy and fueling the brain.  If there are few carbohydrates in the body the liver converts the fats in the body into fatty acid and ketone bodies.   Burning fats equals rapid weight loss.

Intermittent Fasting is an eating pattern where eating occur in a certain time frame. This is less then a diet but more of a life style change.  This is a simple less complex eating style for logging calories and keep up with what is being consumed.  Both diets are really trending and has good success reports.  On the medical point of view please consult a Physician before starting any diet.

METAMORPHOSIS

When thinking about the complex and difficult word metamorphosis a beautiful butterfly come to mind.  Metamorphosis is the physical abrupt conspicuous change in insects and animals.  Metamorphosis simply means a must needed change.   Insects and animals metamorphosis  are complex and happen in stages.  People also need the metamorphosis change to be the person God created them to be.  People metamorphosis  change start in the mind.  The word of God states be not conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewing of the mind.  Through prayer, meditation and positive affirmations daily your mindset can change and be renewed.  This will keep your mind focus positive and knowing your worth and you deserve Gods best.  This will cause a ripple effect of self care and self love.   Which means you take care of your body and be aware of what is good for your health.  You eat better exercise and stop stressing over things you cant change.  You focus more on being a good steward over your finances.   You began to show your love ones a better person.  Transformations has taken place metamorphosis is complete.
